Solution 1:
- First, you must run this command line:
cd “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\BIN”
- After that you run:
stsadm -o activatefeature -name PublishingResources -url http://yourwebsite

doesn’t work yet, I create a new SL3 solution, and run in debug mode and then my breakpoints are NOT hit. what should i do?
